摘要

煤矿摩擦式提升机钢丝绳的定期更换对于保障矿井提升系统的安全性至关重要.针对矿井摩擦式提升机的实际情况,设计一套钢丝绳更换工艺流程,包括旧钢丝绳拆卸、新钢丝绳选配与安装、连接与张紧等关键环节.通过现场试验与数值仿真相结合的方法,评估该工艺的应用效果.结果表明,更换后提升机运行平稳性提高,钢丝绳张力分布更加均匀.无损检测结果显示,钢丝绳缺陷明显减少,证明了该工艺的可行性和有效性,为类似工况下钢丝绳的更换提供了参考.

Abstract

The regular replacement of steel wire rope of coal mine friction hoist is very important to ensure the safety of the mine lifting system.According to the actual situation of mine friction hoist,a set of steel wire rope replacement process is designed,including the disassembly of old steel wire rope,the selection and installation of new steel wire rope,connection and tension and other key links.The application effect of the process is evaluated by the method of field test and numerical simulation.The results show that the running stability of the hoist is improved and the tension distribution of the rope is more uniform after replacement.The results of non-destructive testing show that the defects of the wire rope are obviously reduced,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the process,and provides a reference for the replacement of the wire rope under similar working conditions.
