摘要

热轧机是铜板带行业中必不可少的设备.为促进铜板带行业的发展,以热轧机为主要研究对象,首先介绍热轧机主传动系统的主要装置,其次分析主传动系统中易产生的扭转振动(以下简称扭振)问题,最后提出多干扰源影响下,热轧机主传动系统扭振问题的有效解决措施.本研究旨在为热轧机主传动系统的运行效果的改善提供可借鉴的经验和思路.

Abstract

Hot rolling mill is an essential equipment in copper strip industry.In order to promote the development of copper strip industry,taking hot rolling mill as the main research object,this paper first introduces the main device of hot rolling mill main drive system,then analyzes the torsional vibration problem easily produced in the main drive system,and finally puts forward the effective measures to solve the torsional vibration problem under the influence of multiple interference sources.The purpose of this study is to provide referential experience and ideas for improving the operating effect of the main drive system of hot rolling mill.
