摘要
为提高锅炉负荷,对35 t·h-1 的煤粉和煤气(高炉煤气、焦炉煤气)混合燃烧的锅炉进行扩容改造.将该锅炉改造为混烧全燃气锅炉,设计新型燃烧器,并在后烟道系统增设脱硫脱硝系统.改造后,锅炉负荷从35 t·h-1 提高到75 t·h-1,不但增加了经济效益,而且降低了碳排放,减少了污染,达到环保要求.
Abstract
In order to increase the boiler load,the boiler with 35 t·h-1 pulverized coal and gas(blast furnace gas,coke oven gas)mixed combustion was expanded and reformed.The boiler was transformed into a mixed-fired all-gas boiler,a new burner was designed,and a desulphurization and denitrification system was added to the rear flue system.After the transformation,the boiler load is increased from 35 t·h-1 to 75 t·h-1,which not only creates economic benefits,but also reduces carbon emissions,reduces pollution,and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
