摘要
近年来,铁路货车制造向着自动化、柔性化、智能化的方向发展.然而,小批量、多品种的中小型板材类零部件的自动焊接是铁路货车生产过程中最难实现无人化的环节.基于此,文章设计了一种能够实现10 种中小部件批量化自动焊接的生产线.该生产线能够实现自动物料输送、自动焊接和自动除尘,使整个生产过程高效、整洁.
Abstract
In recent years,railway freight car manufacturing has developed towards the direction of automation,flexibility and intelligence.However,the automatic welding of small and medium-sized plate parts in small batches and many varieties is the most difficult part to achieve unmanned in the production process of railway freight cars.Based on this,this paper designs a production line that can realize automatic mass welding of 10 kinds of small and medium-sized parts.The production line can realize automatic material conveying,automatic welding and automatic dust removal,so that the entire production process is efficient and clean.
