自动化焊接技术在机械制造中的应用研究

焊接自动化是机械制造实现智能化升级的关键,但是其目前面临着焊缝成形控制、多源数据融合、参数动态优化等技术难题.基于此,提出一套智能化解决方案,包括基于深度学习的焊缝缺陷检测、自适应卡尔曼滤波的异构传感器融合、专家知识与机器学习相结合的参数动态优化方法.通过实验验证,采用该方案后焊缝成形质量明显改善,一次合格率提高5~12个百分点,焊接生产效率提高11%~22%.
Application Study of Automatic Welding Technology in Mechanical Manufacturing
Welding automation is the key to realize intelligent upgrading of machinery manufacturing,but it is faced with some technical problems such as weld forming control,multi-source data fusion and dynamic parameter optimization.Based on this,a set of intelligent solutions is proposed,including weld defect detection based on deep learning,heterogeneous sensor fusion based on adaptive Kalman filter,and dynamic parameter optimization method combining expert knowledge and machine learning.Through the test verification,the weld forming quality is obviously improved after adopting this scheme,the pass rate is increased by 5~12 percentage points,and the welding production efficiency is increased by 11%~22%.
