摘要

定子铁心是电机结构的核心部件之一.定子铁心由定子冲压片、定子通风槽板、加强筋、驱动端定子压圈板、非驱动端定子压圈板、定子齿压板组成,通过弧焊工艺连接成一个整体.文章设计了利用工业机器人对定子铁心上的加强筋进行自动抓取和焊接的智能化焊接生产线.定子铁心加强筋机器人自动组对焊接线,可以完成多种定子铁心的加强筋自动抓取和焊接工作,而且能进行多种产品的混线生产,提高了生产效率,提升了产品的质量与稳定性.

Abstract

The stator core is one of the core components of the motor structure.The stator core is composed of the stator stamping plate,the stator ventilation groove plate,the reinforcing bar,the driving end stator pressing plate,the non-driving end stator pressing plate and the stator tooth pressing plate,which are connected into a whole by arc welding technology.This paper designs an intelligent welding production line which uses industrial robot to grasp and weld the reinforcing bars on the stator core automatically.The stator core reinforcement robot automatic group welding wire,can complete a variety of stator core reinforcement automatic grasping and welding work,and can carry out a variety of products mixed line production,improve production efficiency,improve product quality and stability.
