数控车床实训中的工艺方案和编程研究

摘要
为了提高数控车床实训成效,提出一套行之有效的数控车床实训方案.一方面,阐述数控车床实训工艺方案,包括选择刀具、划分工序等环节;另一方面,列举数控车床实训中的编程技巧和编程注意事项,并列出编程代码实例.
Abstract
In order to improve the effectiveness of numerical control lathe training,a set of effective numerical control lathe training scheme is put forward.On the one hand,the practical training technology scheme of computer numerical control lathe is described,including the selection of cutting tools,the division of working procedures,etc.On the other hand,the programming skills and matters for attention in numerical control lathe training are listed,and the programming code examples are listed.
