摘要

摇臂轴座是内燃机车柴油机排气摇臂的支座,对摇臂的安装起到关键的定位作用.该产品在加工过程中需要进行多次装夹,难以保证定位精度,且加工效率较低,产品质量不稳定.特别是需要大批量生产时,产品质量很难得到有效控制.通过分析该产品的加工工艺,设计专用的工装,提高了产品的加工质量与效率,节约了生产成本.

Abstract

The rocker shaft seat is the support of the exhaust rocker arm of a diesel locomotive diesel engine and plays a key role in positioning the rocker arm.The product needs to be clamped many times in the processing,so it is difficult to ensure the positioning accuracy,and the processing efficiency is low,and the product quality is unstable.Especially when mass production is needed,product quality is difficult to control effectively.By analyzing the processing technology of the product and designing special tooling,the processing quality and efficiency of the product are improved and the production cost is saved.
