Design and Analysis of Rolling Bag Support with Variable Diameter and Height Based on ABAQUS
Through the design of hinge mechanism,screw drive mechanism,power transmission system and other key parts,the design of variable diameter and height rolling bag bracket is realized.By using SolidWorks computer aided design,the assembly characteristics of the bracket are obtained.By using ABAQUS finite element software,the free mode and constrained mode analysis of the driven gear are carried out,and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of each order of the driven gear are obtained.It is concluded that the driven gear can effectively avoid the resonance region when rotating,and no resonance phenomenon would occur.
