基于加工精度优化的新型数控机械加工进刀工艺研究

针对数控机械加工进刀工艺存在的精度不高、效率低下等问题,提出一系列创新解决方案,如高精度定位控制下的非线性进刀轨迹规划、基于热变形补偿的智能自适应进刀算法以及多轴联动协同下的高效低损进刀策略,以有效提高复杂曲面加工的精度和效率,减轻刀具磨损.实验结果表明,提出的新型进刀工艺能够显著改善加工表面质量,提高加工精度,缩短加工周期,为高性能数控加工技术发展提供新思路.
Research on New Computer Numerical Control Machining Feed Technology for Optimizing Machining Accuracy
Aiming at the low precision and low efficiency of numerical control machining feed technology,a series of innovative solutions are put forward,such as nonlinear feed path planning under high precision positioning control,intelligent adaptive feed algorithm based on thermal deformation compensation and high efficiency and low loss feed strategy under multi-axis linkage,so as to effectively improve the precision and efficiency of complex surface machining,and reduce tool wear.The experimental results show that the new feed technology can significantly improve the machining surface quality,improve the machining precision,shorten the machining cycle,and provide a new idea for the development of high performance computer numerical control machining technology.
