基于新旧动能转换的电厂热控装置可靠性研究

针对新旧动能转换背景下电厂热控装置可靠性影响因素,如设备老化、运行工况波动、控制系统故障等,从材料升级、结构优化、运行工况智能控制、故障诊断等方面提出一系列可靠性提升措施.通过搭建仿真实验平台,对比分析采用新型高温合金、智能控制算法等措施前后热控装置的性能表现.结果表明,热控装置的可靠性水平得到显著提高,在负荷波动工况下仍能保持高精度控制和长周期稳定运行.
Research on the Reliability of Thermal Control Device in Power Plant Based on the Conversion of Old and New Kinetic Energy
In view of the factors affecting the reliability of thermal control devices in power plants under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion,such as equipment aging,operating condition fluctuations,control system failures,etc.,a series of reliability improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of material upgrading,structure optimization,intelligent control of operating conditions and fault diagnosis.Through the establishment of simulation experiment platform,the performance of thermal control device before and after adopting new high-temperature alloy and intelligent control algorithm is compared and analyzed.The results show that the reliability level of the thermal control device has been significantly improved,and it can still maintain high precision control and long period stable operation under load fluctuation conditions.
