专用工装夹具是针对某一工件某道工序的装夹需要而设计的夹具.车铣复合件结构较为复杂,根据其结构特点,确定先车后铣的加工方案,且车削加工时安排先左端车削后右端车削.为满足车铣复合件的同轴度要求,按照工装夹具设计的要求和设计流程,根据车铣复合件的尺寸,为其设计专用工装夹具及其加工方案.实践验证,该专用工装夹具结构简单,成本低,操作方便,有效保障了车铣复合件的加工质量,提高了生产效率.
Design of a Special Fixture for Turning and Milling Composite Parts
Special fixture is a fixture designed for the clamping needs of a certain process of a workpiece.The structure of turning and milling composite parts is relatively complex.Based on the structural characteristics of turning and milling composite parts,this paper determines the machining plan of turning first and then milling.When turning,the left end is turned first and then the right end is turned.To ensure the coaxiality requirements of the workpiece,according to the requirements and design process of the fixture design,a special fixture and its processing plan are designed for the size of the turning and milling composite parts.Practice verifies that the specialized fixture has a simple structure,low cost,and convenient operation,effectively ensuring the processing quality of parts and improving production efficiency.
