Mechanical Robust Design Based on ADAMS/MATLAB Joint Simulation
In order to improve the accuracy of the mechanical system, the process of ADAMS/MATLAB co-simulation is first constructed, the input and output of ADAMS/MATLAB software are determined, and parameters such as binding force are added according to the characteristics of the aluminum extrusion machine.Secondly, according to the established ADAMS/MATLAB simulation process, the simulation of the aluminum extrusion machine is completed, and the simulation results are obtained by MATLAB software. Finally, according to the simulation results, the impact degree of the end movement law of the aluminum extrusion machine is adjusted,so that the aluminum extrusion machine can run smoothly and improve the reliability and stability of the aluminum extrusion machine. The ADAMS/MATLAB simulation results are tested from two aspects of kinematic tracking accuracy and acceleration, and it is concluded that the kinematic tracking accuracy and acceleration of the ADAMS/MATLAB simulation method are in line with the reality, with high accuracy,up to 95%,and low error, generally around 3%.It can better reduce the production environment and production process of aluminum extrusion machine, save industrial costs, reduce error rate, and improve machine quality.
