直升机共形天线复合材料蜂窝夹层结构成型技术研究

一方面分析共形天线蜂窝夹层结构的特点和成型难点,另一方面通过铺层优化、辐射体表面处理、蜂窝预固化和共固化工艺参数调整等措施,提升共形天线的质量.产品试制表明,在成型U形结构共形天线时,先对蜂窝进行预成型,再将蜂窝、辐射体和蒙皮进行共固化,能够得到质量良好的共形天线,而且蒙皮、蜂窝和辐射体之间不易脱黏.同时,在共固化过程中设置合理的温度参数,能够有效降低产品的变形量,保证其外观质量.
Research on Forming Technology of Composite Honeycomb Sandwich Structure for Helicopter Conformal Antennas
On the one hand,the characteristics and forming difficulties of honeycomb sandwich structure of conformal antenna are analyzed.On the other hand,the quality of conformal antenna is improved by layup optimization,radiator surface treatment,honeycomb precuring and co-curing process parameter adjustment.The trial production of the product shows that when forming the U-shaped conformal antenna,the honeycomb is preformed first,and then the honeycomb,the radiator and the skin are co-cured,the good quality conformal antenna can be obtained,and the adhesion between the skin,the honeycomb and the radiator is not easy.At the same time,setting reasonable temperature parameters during the co-curing process can effectively reduce the deformation of the product and ensure its appearance quality.
