近年来,随着电力行业的快速发展和技术的不断进步,人们对汽轮机凝汽器性能的要求越来越高.然而,在实际运行过程中,凝汽器会出现真空下降的问题,进而影响电厂的安全稳定运行.再加上电厂运行环境具有复杂性和多变性,以及不同机组的差异性,使得凝汽器真空下降问题具有很高的研究价值和挑战性.因此,全面分析汽轮机凝汽器真空下降的原因,提出有效的预防措施,为电厂的安全、经济运行提供保障.
Study on Causes and Preventive Measures of Vacuum Drop in Steam Turbine Condenser
In recent years,with the rapid development of the power industry and the continuous progress of technology,people have increasingly high requirements for the performance of steam turbine condensers.However,in the actual operation process,the condenser vacuum will fall,which will affect the safe and stable operation of the power plant.In addition,the complexity and variability of power plant operating environment and the difference of different units make the condenser vacuum drop problem of high research value and challenge.Therefore,this paper comprehensively analyzes the causes of vacuum drop of steam turbine condenser,and puts forward effective preventive measures to ensure the safe and economic operation of power plant.
