Design of Electric Forklift Lifting Speed Control Mechanism and Research on Its Reliability Test Method
The basic principle of electric forklift lifting function is that when the driver operates the lifting valve stem,the valve stem is connected with the multi-way valve spool,and the change of the valve stem stroke will cause the movement of the multi-way valve spool,resulting in the change of the opening and closing of the lifting valve port.The opening and closing degree of the valve port directly affects the flow of hydraulic oil into the lifting cylinder,thus affecting the lifting speed.In addition,the multi-way valve is equipped with a lifting speed regulation sensor.With the change of valve stem stroke,the lifting speed regulation sensor will be triggered to produce a continuous change of the signal and output to the motor controller,the motor controller according to the received signal control oil pump motor rotation.The oil pump motor is connected and drives the gear pump to work,and the hydraulic oil is transferred to the lifting valve port of the multi-way valve with different flow rates,and finally transmitted to the lifting cylinder,thus affecting the lifting speed.Based on this,the test method of lifting speed regulating mechanism is studied,and the reliability test is carried out to ensure the reliability of lifting speed regulating mechanism and promote the application of the research scheme.
