Structural Design of Prestressed Concrete Sleeper Flipping Machine
In order to improve the production efficiency of the prestressed concrete sleeper short die production line,a sleeper tipping machine is designed based on the shape characteristics of the sleeper short die,and the anti-overturning and design rationality of the overall structure of the sleeper are studied.Firstly,the overall structure of the tilting machine is simplified,and the ratio of the overturning moment to the stabilizing moment is calculated.Secondly,the key parts of the rotary machine are analyzed statically by finite element software to check whether the rotary machine can meet the use requirements.Finally,through the no-load test and load test of the prototype,the tilting machine is studied experimentally.
