Layout Analysis of Chassis Assembly Line for Battery Electric Vehicles
With the rapid development of the pure electric vehicle industry,the layout optimization of chassis assembly lines has become the key to improve production efficiency,reduce costs and respond to changes in market demand.Through the systematic analysis of the chassis assembly line of battery electric vehicles and the in-depth study of 4 specific layout cases,the principles,challenges and effects on production efficiency and flexibility of the chassis assembly line layout design are discussed.The results show that the production efficiency and adaptability of chassis assembly line can be significantly improved through rational layout design,automation and modular assembly technology.
