The Simulation of Circulate Volume Flow Rate of Agitator
The circulating flow rate of the impeller is the key parameter to evaluate the mixing effect and mixing capacity, and it is also an important basis for the design and optimization of the impeller structure. However, the circulating flow rate cannot be accurately measured in the test room, the working conditions in the stirred tank are harsh, the installation of professional data detection instruments is difficult, the cost is high, and the detection ability and accuracy are difficult to ensure. In view of the above problems, comparing the results of the empirical calculation and numerical simulation of the three-blade propeller, the accuracy of the numerical simulation is verified, and it is proposed that the impeller with the lack of empirical reference can be predicted by numerical simulation, which provides a basis for the design and selection of the impeller.
