斗轮堆取料机回转钢结构强度及疲劳计算

通过计算某型斗轮堆取料机回转钢结构的静强度和疲劳强度,评定结构强度的富裕度.根据载荷对结构的影响将结构受载分为 4 种工况,分别为水平重载工况、上仰空载、下俯空载和下俯重载,并采用有限元法对结构展开静强度计算.根据斗轮堆取料机工作循环的载荷历程,结合钢结构的设计工作寿命,建立回转钢结构的循环载荷谱,按Miner线性累计损伤准则进行疲劳强度计算.计算结果表明:4 种工况下结构整体应力偏低,但是局部应力较高;回转钢结构的疲劳计算结果为 0.97,疲劳强度富裕度也较低,可以优化结构局部高应力区,以降低结构局部高应力.
Strength and Fatigue Calculation of the Rotating Steel Structure of the Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer
By calculating the static strength and fatigue strength of the rotating steel structure of a certain type of bucket-wheel stacker and reclaimer,the richness of the structural strength is evaluated.According to the influence of load on the structure,the structure is divided into four load conditions,which are horizontal heavy load condition,upward no load,downward no load and downward heavy load.According to the working cycle load history of buck-wheel stacker and the design working life of steel structure,the cyclic load spectrum of rotary steel structure was established,and the fatigue strength was calculated according to Miner linear cumulative damage criterion.The results show that the overall stress is low,but the local stress is high.The fatigue calculation result of the rotating steel structure is 0.97,and the fatigue strength richness is also low.The local high stress zone of the structure can be optimized to reduce the local high stress.
