摘要

焊接作为常见的连接工艺,在工程领域中具有广泛应用,但是焊接过程中产生的残余应力和变形常常影响焊接件的性能和稳定性.为此基于有限元分析探讨夹具体焊接工艺对焊接件残余应力和变形的影响.首先,介绍焊接有限元理论基础,包括焊接温度场特征、焊接温度场理论、焊接应力及应变场理论,从理论角度深入探讨焊接过程中的关键参数和特性.其次,通过建立夹具体焊接过程的有限元模型,包括数理模型的创建和焊接过程仿真,全面模拟和分析焊接过程.在模拟分析的基础上,进一步研究焊后残余应力的分布和焊接变形场,揭示焊接工艺中存在的问题和改进空间.最后,通过阐述焊接工艺对焊接件残余应力变形的影响,包括焊接速度和焊接功率对应力变形的影响,为夹具体焊接工艺的优化提供理论参考和实践指导.

Abstract

As a common joint process,welding has been widely used in the engineering field,but the residual stress and deformation generated in the welding process often affect the performance and stability of the welded parts.Therefore,the influence of welding process on residual stress and deformation of welded parts is discussed based on finite element analysis.Firstly,the finite element theory of welding is introduced,including the characteristics of welding temperature field,welding temperature field theory,welding stress and strain field theory,and the key parameters and characteristics of welding process are deeply discussed from the theoretical point of view.Secondly,by establishing the finite element model of the specific welding process,including the creation of mathematical model and welding process simulation,the welding process can be simulated and analyzed comprehensively.On the basis of simulation analysis,the distribution of residual stress and welding deformation field after welding are further studied,and the problems and improvement space in welding process are revealed.Finally,the influence of welding process on residual stress and deformation of welded parts,including the influence of welding speed and welding power on stress and deformation,provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the optimization of welding process.
