Research on Machining Method of Flow Channel Converter for Petroleum Exploration Well
Aiming at the defects of porosity, shrinkage, poor machining accuracy and low efficiency in the processing of flow channel converters used in oil exploration Wells by traditional techniques such as casting, forging and machining,a five-axis milling method with one-time clamping is proposed to improve machining accuracy and efficiency by reducing clamping times. The machining method adopts special high-precision fixture and advanced tool path planning, which can complete multiple processes such as turning, milling and drilling at one time, and optimize and adjust the machining process through real-time monitoring and feedback. The experimental results show that the five-axis milling method can improve the machining accuracy and efficiency significantly, and has a good application prospect.
