文章旨在探讨中大型变压器机械结构内部异响故障的成因、监测技术及预防对策.通过分析变压器内部机械异响故障类型,研究声学监测、多模态无损检测和智能诊断方法在故障监测中的应用,从设计优化、制造工艺改进和早期预警等方面提出降低异响风险的监理预防措施.研究表明,采用先进的监测诊断技术和预防策略,可以有效识别和控制变压器内部异响故障,提升其运行可靠性.
Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the causes,monitoring technology and preventive measures of abnormal noise fault in mechanical structure of medium and large transformers.The application of acoustic monitoring,multimodal nondestructive testing and intelligent diagnosis methods in fault monitoring is studied by analyzing the fault types of mechanical abnormal sound inside transformers.The supervision and prevention measures to reduce the risk of abnormal sound are proposed from the aspects of design optimization,manufacturing process improvement and early warning.The research shows that the use of advanced monitoring and diagnosis technology and prevention strategy can effectively identify and control the transformer internal abnormal noise fault,improve its operation reliability.
