空心玻璃微珠抗等静压强度测试台的设计

根据空心玻璃微珠抗等静压强度(气压法)的测定方法,设计了一个测试台.该测试台采用电气比例阀和气控调压阀组合的方式,提升测试台的控制精度;采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制的方式进行自动化控制;基于LabVIEW环境进行测试软件开发.经过测试验证了设计的测试台性能稳定,可靠性高.
Design of Test Bench for Isostatic Compressive Strength of Hollow Glass Beads
According to the measurement method of isostatic compressive strength of hollow glass beads(air pressure method),a test bench is designed.The test bench adopts the combination of electric proportional valve and air controlled pressure regulator valve to improve the control accuracy of the test bench.Automatic control by Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)control;Test software development based on LabVIEW environment.It has been verified that the designed test bench has stable performance and high reliability.
