文章主要研究三臂凿岩台车在隧道开挖施工中的应用.首先,阐述三臂凿岩台车的基本结构和工作原理;其次,探讨其在隧道开挖施工中作用与优势;最后,结合隧道开挖的施工工艺流程,从工作面设计与布孔方案优化、设备安装调试与定位、凿岩作业工艺参数选择等方面,阐述三臂凿岩台车在隧道掘进中的应用要点.研究表明,三臂凿岩台车可以显著提高隧道掘进效率,改善作业环境,推动隧道工程的机械化、自动化发展.
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the application of three-arm rock drilling trolley in tunnel excavation.Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of the three-arm drilling rig are described.Secondly,its role and advantages in tunnel excavation construction are discussed.Finally,combined with the construction process of tunnel excavation,from the aspects of face design and hole layout optimization,equipment installation,debugging and positioning,and selection of drilling process parameters,the application points of three-arm drilling rig in tunnel excavation are expounded.The research shows that the three-arm drilling rig can significantly improve the tunneling efficiency,improve the working environment,and promote the development of mechanization and automation of tunnel engineering.
