摘要
叉车作为现代物流的关键工具,人们对其安全性和舒适性要求越来越高.防爆阀作为叉车液压系统中的关键零部件,对叉车的安全保护起到重要作用.从原理上对防爆阀进行系统分析,建立数学模型,并在此基础上建立AMESim仿真模型,对影响防爆阀特性的关键参数进行仿真分析,为后续的防爆阀设计提供了一定的指导.
Abstract
As a key tool of modern logistics,forklift is increasingly required for its safety and comfort.Explosion-proof valve,as a key component of forklift hydraulic system,plays an important role in the safety protection of forklift.From the principle of explosion-proof valve system analysis,and establish a mathematical model.On this basis,the AMESim simulation model is established,and the key parameters affecting the explosion-proof valve characteristics are simulated and analyzed,which provides a certain direction for the subsequent design of explosion-proof valve.
