Precision Manufacturing and Pretensioning Force Control Strategy of Large Hole and Thin Wall Assembly Bearings
This paper focuses on the precision manufacturing process of large-hole thin-walled bearing,covering design requirements,material selection,key manufacturing technologies and quality control methods,and in-depth analysis of the control strategy of preload force,in order to achieve accurate control and optimization of bearing performance.Through the testing and analysis of bearing performance,the effectiveness of manufacturing and control strategies is verified,and theoretical and technical support is provided for the application and development of bearings.
