Analysis of Welding Cracking in the Fixed Beam of the Multi Stage Oil Cylinder of the Transport Vehicle
The fixed seat of the multi-stage oil cylinder is an important component of the transfer vehicle,which plays a role in connecting the multi-stage oil cylinder and the subframe.The seat is usually manufactured by welding,but during use,the weld seam of the seat often cracks.This article analyzes the problem of welding cracking in the fixed seat of multi-stage oil cylinders from the aspects of design structure,chemical composition of raw materials,welding process,etc.,identifies the causes of welding seam cracks and formulates measures.By optimizing the design structure and adopting appropriate welding process,cracks are prevented and welding quality problems are solved.
