先导式恒控制压强液压平衡阀研究

大流量工况下,直动式平衡阀存在控制压强高、工作平稳性差、阀体尺寸大的问题,因此提出一种先导式恒控制压强液压平衡阀.通过分析平衡阀的工作原理,设计先导阀阀芯开口与负载变化成反比、主阀阀芯开口与流量变化成正比的新型结构.利用MATLAB中的Simulink工具进行静动态性能分析,结果显示在负载压强为3~32 MPa、流量为 80~120 L·min-1 的变化范围内,设计的平衡阀背压能够自动适应负载与流量的变化,而且系统能够在 0.3 s内将控制压强稳定在 0.95~1.07 MPa.设计的先导式恒控制压强液压平衡阀具有低恒压性和较高的稳定性,可以为平衡阀的节能研究提供参考.
Research on Pilot Type Constant Control Pressure Hydraulic Balancing Valve
Under the condition of large flow rate,the direct acting balancing valve has the problems of high control pressure,poor working stability and large valve body size,so a pilot type constant control pressure hydraulic balancing valve is proposed.By analyzing the working principle of the balance valve,the new structure of the pilot valve spool opening is inversely proportional to the change of load,and the main valve spool opening is proportional to the change of flow.The static and dynamic performance analysis was carried out using Simulink tool in MATLAB.The results showed that the back pressure of the designed balance valve could automatically adapt to the changes of load and flow in the range of load pressure from 3~32 MPa and flow rate from 80~120 L·min-1.Moreover,the system can stabilize the control pressure at 0.95~1.07 MPa within 0.3 s.The designed pilot type constant control pressure hydraulic balancing valve has low constant pressure and high stability,which can provide reference for energy saving research of balancing valve.
