摘要
主要探讨混凝土-钢结构混合式风电塔架转接段制作过程中的关键环节,采用精确切割技术、焊缝温度控制以及精细化法兰组合操作等手段,对塔架整体制造工艺的科学性和可行性进行全面考究,并提出一套具有显著成效的制作方法.
Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the key links in the production process of concrete-steel hybrid wind power tower transfer section,adopts precise cutting technology,weld temperature control and fine flange combination operation,and comprehensively studies the science and feasibility of the overall manufacturing process of the tower,and puts forward a set of production methods with remarkable results.
