摘要
火电厂在电力系统中的重要性日益凸显.汽轮机作为火电厂的核心设备,其运行稳定性和效率直接关系到电厂的生产运营.但是,在实际运行过程中,汽轮机常常会出现振动异常的情况,不仅影响机组正常运行,还可能引发严重故障,甚至导致停机事故.基于此,分析汽轮机振动异常的原因,提出汽轮机振动故障判断的流程,旨在提高汽轮机的运行效率和可靠性,确保火电厂的安全稳定运行.
Abstract
The importance of thermal power plant in power system is becoming more and more prominent.As the core equipment of thermal power plant,the stability and efficiency of steam turbine are directly related to the production and operation of power plant.However,in the actual operation process,the turbine often has abnormal vibration,which not only affects the normal operation of the unit,but also may cause serious faults and even lead to shutdown accidents.Based on this,the causes of abnormal turbine vibration are analyzed,and the process of turbine vibration fault judgment is proposed to improve the efficiency and reliability of turbine operation and ensure the safe and stable operation of thermal power plant.
