摘要
对现有的风电塔筒钢板高效卷制设备进行分析并提出改进策略,在降低成本、提高效率以及减少设备损坏率等方面施行改良.实践表明,本次改进实践提升了生产能力和产品合格率,降低了维护成本和设备损耗,可以为未来相关领域内的研究提供经验借鉴.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the existing high efficiency winding equipment of steel plate in wind power tower and puts forward the improvement strategy to reduce the cost,improve the efficiency and reduce the damage rate of equipment.Practice shows,the improvement practice has,improved production capacity and product qualification rate,reduced maintenance costs and equipment losses,and provided experience for future research in related fields.
