摘要
针对传统盾构机土压力控制方法存在的不足,提出一种基于非支配排序遗传算法Ⅱ(Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)的多目标优化控制策略.该策略综合考虑了土压力跟踪性能、刀盘扭矩波动等多个目标,通过自适应遗传算法实现了参数的在线优化,同时集成了智能感知、实时调控等功能模块,构建了一个高度智能化的自动控制系统.仿真实验结果表明,所提出的控制策略能够有效提高土压力控制精度、抑制扭矩波动等,为实现盾构施工智能化提供了新的解决方案.
Abstract
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional soil pressure control methods,a multi-objective optimal control strategy based on Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)is proposed.The strategy comprehensively considers several targets such as earth pressure tracking performance and cutterhead torque fluctuation,realizes online parameter optimization through adaptive genetic algorithm,and integrates intelligent sensing,real-time regulation and other functional modules to build a highly intelligent automatic control system.The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively improve the control accuracy of earth pressure and suppress the torque fluctuation,which provides a new solution for intelligent shield construction.
