基于PLC的机电一体化板材无刺边切割工艺研究

针对传统板材切割存在的切割质量差、效率低等问题,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的机电一体化无刺边切割工艺.通过分析切割工艺流程,设计PLC切割控制系统架构,并阐述切割参数优化控制策略.通过搭建切割实验平台,对不同厚度的 304 不锈钢板材进行切割对比实验.结果表明,无刺边切割工艺在切口精度、表面质量、热影响控制和加工效率等方面显著优于常规切割工艺,验证了该工艺的可行性和有效性.
Research Mechatronics Integrated Sheet Cutting Technology Without Burrs Based on PLC
Aiming at the problems of poor cutting quality and low efficiency in traditional sheet metal cutting,a mechatronics cutting process without sharp edges based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)was proposed.By analyzing the cutting process flow,the PLC cutting control system architecture is designed,and the cutting parameter optimization control strategy is expounded.Through the establishment of cutting experimental platform,the different thickness of 304 stainless steel plate cutting comparative experiment.The results show that the cutting precision,surface quality,heat effect control and machining efficiency are significantly better than the conventional cutting process,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the process.
