静态试验机的伺服调速液压控制系统设计

摘要
传统的伺服液压站是通过改变比例阀的开度来调整液压液输出压力的大小.这种方法会造成能源浪费,而且必须增加冷却散热装置.因此,针对静态或准静态的试验机,设计一个伺服调速液压控制系统.首先,分析静态试验机的伺服调速液压控制系统的结构;其次,介绍控制系统的主要硬件设计,包括DKZQ-1010智能伺服控制器的控制电路和接口设计;最后,阐述伺服调速液压控制系统的软件设计.
Abstract
The traditional servo hydraulic station adjusts the output pressure of hydraulic fluid by changing the opening of the proportional valve.This method wastes energy and requires additional cooling devices.Therefore,this paper designs a servo speed regulating hydraulic control system for static or quasi-static testing machine.Firstly,the structure of servo speed regulating hydraulic control system of static testing machine is analyzed.Secondly,the main hardware design of the control system is introduced,including the control circuit and interface design of DKZQ-1010 intelligent servo controller.Finally,the software design of servo speed regulating hydraulic control system is described.
