火电厂锅炉"四管"泄漏是电厂运行中常见的故障之一,一旦发生,不仅会导致锅炉非计划停运,增加维修成本和运行风险,还可能对电厂的安全生产构成严重威胁.因此,深入探究火电厂锅炉"四管"泄漏的原因,并对目前锅炉"四管"泄漏防范的常规措施及智能化管理措施进行探讨,确保电厂安全、稳定、经济运行.
Abstract
The leakage of boiler"four tubes"is one of the common faults in the operation of thermal power plant.Once it happens,it will not only lead to the unplanned shutdown of boiler,but also increase the maintenance cost and operation risk,it could also pose a serious threat to the safety of power plants.Therefore,the reason of leakage of boiler"four pipes"in thermal power plant is deeply investigated,and the current boiler"four tubes"leakage prevention of conventional measures and intelligent management measures are discussed,to ensure the safe,stable and economic operation of the power plant.
