摘要

随着现代技术和工业需求的不断提升,筒体广泛应用于包装、物流等行业作为延压辊和输送辊,使得人们对筒体的精度要求与日俱增.除不断提高筒体的自身精度之外,装配时选用的轴承也会影响筒体的工作精度.因此,主要关注装配温度和工作温度的变化对筒体装配精度的影响,通过分析装配温度与筒体的工作温度的差异,阐述温度变化对筒体自身及轴承的影响,找出影响筒体精度的因素并提出具体措施,以减小影响,提高筒体的工作精度.

Abstract

With the development of modern technology and industry demand,the cylinder is widely used in packaging and logistics industry as the rolling roller and conveying roller,which makes people's requirements for the accuracy of the cylinder increase day by day.In addition to continuously improving the accuracy of the cylinder itself,the assembly of the selected bearings will also affect the accuracy of the cylinder work.Therefore,the influence of the change of assembly temperature and working temperature on the cylinder assembly accuracy is mainly concerned,through the analysis of the assembly temperature and the cylinder working temperature difference,the temperature changes on the cylinder itself and the impact of the bearing is expounded,the factors that affect the accuracy of the cylinder are found out,and specific measures are put forward to reduce the impact and improve the working accuracy of the cylinder.
