摘要
液压隔膜计量泵作为一种高精度的流体输送设备,广泛应用于化工、医药、食品等领域.液压系统的稳定性、隔膜的完好性以及控制系统的准确性均对其性能有着重要影响.在泵的实际运行过程中,会出现流量不足、无流量、压力波动等故障,影响其正常运行,降低生产效率.基于此,首先阐述液压隔膜计量泵的工作原理,其次分析泵的常见故障,并提出解决对策,最后提出设备的日常维护方案,以期为相关技术人员提供参考.
Abstract
Hydraulic diaphragm metering pump,as a high-precision fluid conveying equipment,is widely used in chemical industry,medicine,food and other fields.The stability of the hydraulic system,the integrity of the diaphragm and the accuracy of the control system all have important effects on its performance.In the actual operation of the pump,there will be insufficient flow,no flow,pressure fluctuations and other faults,affecting its normal operation and reducing the efficiency of production.Based on this,firstly,the working principle of hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is described.Secondly,the common faults of the pump are analyzed,and the solutions are put forward.Finally,the daily maintenance plan of the equipment is proposed,in order to provide reference for relevant technical personnel.
