摘要

针对大跨度S形舞台升降台设计中的难点进行分析,优选多组多点钢丝绳卷扬提升方式,采用双驱动系统同步驱动,并阐述多分段刚性传动轴的折线布置方法.结合工程实例提出经济、合理的设计方案,为此类设备的设计提供参考.

Abstract

In view of the difficulties in the design of large-span s-shaped stage lifting platform,the lifting mode of multi-groups and multi-points wire rope is optimized,and the synchronous drive of double-drive system is adopted,the arrangement method of polygonal line of multi-segment rigid transmission shaft is described.In this paper,an economical and reasonable design scheme is put forward,which provides a reference for the design and research of this kind of equipment.
