摘要

针对现有铁路货车空重车自动调整装置精度低、空车和重车之间制动率差异大、列车纵向冲动大、轮轨磨耗严重及故障定位难等一系列问题,提出一种智能化、精确化制动率控制系统.该系统采用控制单元,利用采集的车体下移量控制制动缸压力值,实现对铁路货车空、重车制动率的精准控制,克服传统装置的技术难点;同时,对铁路货车制动数据进行实时采集、传输、可视化,便于故障精准定位及处置.

Abstract

Aiming at a series of problems such as low accuracy of the existing automatic adjustment device for empty and heavy railway freight car,large difference in braking rate between empty and heavy vehicles,large longitudinal impulse of the train,serious wheel-rail wear,and difficult fault location,an intelligent and accurate control braking rate control system is proposed.The system uses the control unit to control the brake cylinder pressure value by using the collected downward movement of the car body,realizing the accurate control of the brake rate of empty and heavy freight cars,overcoming the technical difficulties of the traditional device.At the same time,the braking data of railway freight car is collected,transmitted and visualized in real time to facilitate accurate fault location and disposal.
