摘要
螺栓拧紧机广泛应用于汽车产线、航空航天、电子制造装配现场,因此需严格控制扭矩示值.针对这一需求,结合现在计量校准市场上的拧紧扭矩校准能力,更好地溯源生产装配产线上螺栓拧紧机的扭矩量值,研究使用静态扭矩测量仪对螺栓拧紧机的测量方法及其量值不确定评定,保证螺栓拧紧机的量值准确,满足日常的生产需求,提升其生产质量,降低生产成本.
Abstract
In response to the problem that bolt tightening machines are widely used in automotive production lines,aerospace,and electronic manufacturing assembly sites,torque readings need to be strictly controlled.In view of this demand,combined with the current tightening torque calibration capabilities in the measurement and calibration market,we can better trace the torque value of the bolt tightening machine in the production line of the production assembly,and study the measurement method of the bolt tightening machine and the uncertain evaluation of its quantity value by using a static torque measuring instrument,so as to ensure the accurate measurement value of the bolt tightening machine,meet daily production needs,improve its production quality,and reduce production costs.
