摘要
随着煤矿机械装备的广泛应用,机械装备的防碰撞已经成为煤炭行业重要的研究课题.文章主要研究了基于超宽带(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)定位技术的煤矿机械装备防碰撞系统,通过开发定位算法、防碰撞算法、数据处理与分析等功能模块,实现系统的实时监控与报警功能.实验表明,该系统能够有效避免机械装备之间发生碰撞,进而提升煤矿生产的安全性.
Abstract
With the wide application of coal mine machinery and equipment,the anti-collision of machinery and equipment has become an important research topic in coal industry.This paper mainly studies the anti-collision system of coal mine machinery equipment based on Ultra Wide Band(UWB)positioning technology.By developing the function modules of positioning algorithm,anti-collision algorithm,data processing and analysis,the real-time monitoring and alarm function of the system is realized.Experimental tests show that the system can effectively avoid the collision between mechanical equipment,and thus improve the safety of coal mine production.
