摘要

随着航空电子技术的不断发展,传统机电系统采用的各分系统独立设计方法已无法满足现代飞机的使用需求,机电综合控制优势进一步突显.在开展系统综合设计时,为验证系统控制逻辑设计的正确性、合理性和可行性,需要搭建试验环境.但是,由于各分系统间关联紧密,信号接口种类众多,且与飞机各项飞行参数交互,单一系统控制逻辑验证经济性差、效率低,无法检查大系统工作协调性和各分系统交叉耦合影响.为解决上述问题,提出一种机电综合控制系统仿真试验平台设计方法,能够实现系统全生命周期试验验证,保证系统的安全性和可靠性.

Abstract

With the continuous development of avionics technology,the independent design method of each subsystem adopted by traditional electromechanical system can no longer meet the needs of modern aircraft,and the advantages of integrated electromechanical control are further highlighted.In order to verify the correctness,rationality and feasibility of the system control logic design,it is necessary to build a test environment during the comprehensive design of the system.However,due to the close correlation among the subsystems,numerous types of signal interfaces,and interaction with various flight parameters of the aircraft,the control logic verification of a single system is poor in economy and low efficiency,and it is impossible to check the coordination of the work of the large system and the cross-coupling impact of each subsystem.In order to solve the above problems,a design method of simulation test platform for electromechanical integrated control system is proposed,which can realize the whole life cycle test verification of the system and ensure the safety and reliability of the system.
