摘要
针对黄豆荚人工剥壳效率低、成本高等问题,设计一种新型黄豆荚剥壳脱粒机械设备.该设备由进料口、剥壳脱粒装置、杂质去除装置、筛选装置和传动装置组成,体积小、质量轻、操作方便,可以一次性完成黄豆的剥壳脱粒、筛选和分离等工序,并具有高效率和低破损率的特点.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost,a new type of mechanical equipment for husking and threshing yellow bean pods was designed.The equipment is composed of a feed port,a shucking and threshing device,an impurity removal device,a screening device and a transmission device.It is small in size,light in weight and convenient in operation.It can complete the process of shucking and threshing,screening and separation of soybeans at one time,and has the characteristics of high efficiency and low damage rate.
