摘要
文章研究先进机械制造技术在煤矿用带式输送机托辊检测工艺中的应用.通过分析托辊的工作原理和常见故障类型,指出传统托辊检测方法存在效率低、主观性强等不足.引入先进传感技术、机器视觉技术和振动分析技术,并设计自动化检测系统架构,实现托辊状态的实时监测、故障诊断和预测性维护.研究表明,集成多源异构数据和智能故障诊断技术,可以显著提升托辊故障检测的准确性和可靠性,降低维护成本,减少非计划停机时间,进而为推动煤矿输送领域的智能化、无人化发展提供新思路和技术支持.
Abstract
This paper studies the application of advanced machinery manufacturing technology in the detection process of rollers of belt conveyor used in coal mine.By analyzing the working principle and common fault types of idlers,it is pointed out that the traditional idler detection method has some shortcomings such as low efficiency and strong subjectivity.Advanced sensing technology,machine vision technology and vibration analysis technology are introduced,and the architecture of automated inspection system is designed to realize real-time monitoring of idler status,fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance.The research shows that the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data and intelligent fault diagnosis technology can significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of idler fault detection,reduce maintenance costs,reduce unplanned downtime,and provide new ideas and technical references for promoting intelligent and unmanned development in the field of coal mine transportation.
