石化码头金属软管的失效分析与管理策略

摘要
某石化公司码头趸船的沥青装卸金属软管在使用中出现网套断裂波纹管膨出险情,采用宏观检查、微观检查、能谱分析等技术手段进行失效分析,发现环境腐蚀及施工工艺设计不当共同加剧氯离子在网套低洼处浓缩集聚,从而导致网套钢丝腐蚀断裂失效.针对失效原因,提出延长金属软管使用寿命的管理策略,对安全环保及设备完整性管理均有积极意义.
Abstract
During the use of asphalt loading and unloading metal hoses on a barge at a petrochemical company's dock,there was a risk of mesh sleeve fracture and corrugated pipe bulging.By technical means such as macroscopic inspection,microscopic inspection,and energy spectrum analysis,failure analysis was conducted.It was found that environmental corrosion and improper construction process design jointly exacerbated the concentration and aggregation of chloride ions in the low-lying areas of the mesh sleeve,resulting in the corrosion and fracture of the mesh sleeve steel wire.Regarding the cause of failure,this paper proposing management strategies to extend the service life of metal hoses has positive implications for safety,environmental protection,and equipment integrity management.
