摘要
为提高焦化厂皮带运输系统运输的稳定性,应做好粉尘治理工作.对焦化厂皮带运输系统粉尘的扩散过程与运动规律进行分析,并针对燃煤冲击、诱导风粉尘、设备故障等粉尘诱因进行探讨,提出相应的粉尘治理措施,期望可以有效控制粉尘的扩散,保障皮带运输系统的安全稳定性.
Abstract
In order to improve the stability of the belt transportation system in the coking plant,dust control should be done well.This paper briefly analyzes the dust diffusion process and movement law of the belt transportation system in the coking plant,and discusses the dust inducement such as coal shock,wind induced dust and equipment failure,and puts forward the corresponding dust control measures,hoping to effectively control the dust diffusion and ensure the safety and stability of the belt transportation system.
