摘要

针对离心压缩机常见的喘振故障,从成因分析、故障诊断和解决方法 3 个方面进行系统研究.从结构设计和运行工况两方面出发,分析喘振产生的原因,总结基于监测数据和数学模型的故障诊断方法,提出优化叶轮和扩压器设计、调整运行参数、采用防喘振控制系统等综合解决措施.研究表明,合理匹配叶轮和扩压器参数,采用小固形率导叶扩压器,调节转速和导叶角度,实施智能化控制策略,能够有效拓宽离心压缩机的稳定运行范围,在提高效率的同时保障压缩机安全可靠运行.

Abstract

This article systematically studies the common surge faults of centrifugal compressors from three aspects:cause analysis,fault diagnosis,and solutions.By analyzing the structural design and operating conditions of surge,a fault diagnosis method based on monitoring data and mathematical models is summarized.Comprehensive solutions such as optimizing impeller and diffuser design,adjusting operating parameters,and adopting anti surge control systems are proposed.Research has shown that reasonable matching of impeller and diffuser parameters,using small fixed rate guide vane diffuser,adjusting speed and guide vane angle,and implementing intelligent control strategies can effectively expand the stable operating range of centrifugal compressors,improve efficiency,and ensure safety and reliability.
