摘要
针对煤矿矿车装载中普遍存在的效率低、精度差等问题,设计一种基于视觉检测与智能控制的煤矿矿车装车优化系统.该系统集成视觉检测、装载优化控制、自动装载执行、监控数据分析等功能模块,可以实现煤矿矿车装载过程的全流程自动化管控.仿真试验表明,该系统可使煤矿矿车装载效率提高 55.2%,料位偏差率降低至1.6%,为煤矿矿车装载作业的智能化升级提供了一种新思路.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy in coal mine car loading,an optimization system of coal mine car loading based on vision detection and intelligent control is proposed.The system integrates visual inspection,load optimization control,automatic load execution,monitoring data analysis and other functional modules,which can realize the automatic control of the whole process of coal mine car loading process.The simulation results show that the system can increase the loading efficiency of coal mine car by 55.2%and reduce the level deviation rate to 1.6%,which provides a new idea for the intelligent upgrading of coal mine car loading operation.
