摘要
在电池保护板生产过程中的工艺质量控制是确保产品质量和性能的关键.文章主要研究双面贴装电池保护板生产过程中的工艺质量控制方法.首先,介绍双面贴装电池保护板的结构和功能.其次,提出生产过程中丝网印刷、贴装和回流焊接等工序的工艺控制要求和质量控制方法.最后,探讨工艺质量控制的发展方向,如基于人工智能的智能化控制系统和新型质量检测技术的应用.
Abstract
Process quality control in the production process of battery protection board is the key to ensure product quality and performance.This paper mainly studies the process quality control method in the production process of double-sided mount battery protection board.Firstly,the structure and function of double-sided mounted battery protection board are introduced.Secondly,the process control requirements and quality control methods of screen printing,mounting and reflow welding in the production process are put forward.Finally,the development direction of process quality control is discussed,such as the intelligent control system based on artificial intelligence and the application of new quality detection technology.
